茂蔵の豆腐 / to-fu

枝豆豆腐 / To-fu mixed with green soybeans.

中野ブロードウェイにある。
ここの豆腐、最っ高!
ひいさまが買ってきて以来、はまってます♪

The shop is in BroadWay at Nakano.
This To-fu is sooo sooo great!!
I addict this To-fu since Hide bought it there.
It is reasonable and tasty!

おすすめは52円の円盤形のこの絹豆腐 / Kinu to-fu
I recommend this one 52 yen!

やわらかおあげがたまりません。
ショウガ醤油でどうぞ!
please eat with soy source and ginger.

本葛とごまだけのシンプルで上品な胡麻豆腐 / Goma- dofu
This one made from just sesame and arrowroot.


そして豆乳が濃厚の上、安い^^

その国でできたものを食べるってのが、
身体にも地球にもよろしい(合理的)ってみなさん知ってると思うけれど
こちらの製品は全て国産大豆です。
